How does one start a website hosting? Do you need to have a special license? ….like Yahoo! is a search engine did they have to acquire a license to provide geocities for web builders?
I don’t mean how do you start a website – I mean, how does one start a website host, like a website that will host other websites.

I know basic HTML, javascripting. Nothing more. Which is the best way to start off in developing mobile applications on Google Android? Also, what do I need to know to program for Google OpenSocial? Is there something more to J2ME and Google Android when you talk about Mobile Programming?

I went through Android website and Forum Nokia for mobile applications. Nokia website has so many stuff about SDKs, FlashLite, J2ME so where should I start from as a beginner and what order should I follow?
